2" Lurcher or Stepdown collars make ideal walking collars for larger IGs, all other sighthounds and other large dogs with exposed tracheas or dogs that pull. The wider collar dispurses the pressure evenly across the neck, protecting the trachea of your hound and allowing you to keep control without risk of injury or escape.

The 2" Piluzos, Martingale or Limited Slip are good collars for Whippets, Greyhounds and other large sighthounds.

All collars are made from strong nylon webbing and are available lined or unlined. Linings include satin, ultra suede, alpine fleece, non-pill fleece and flannel. Collars are hand washable.

How are Piluzo collars different? We hand make each custom collar to your order specifications. We use strong, but lighter weight hardware and webbing. This gives your hounds a wide, beautiful collar that fits properly and provides neck protection without looking heavy or bulky.

Temporary Order Process - Please choose your collar style, then go to the Design Chart to pick your color/trim and enter it in the Trim Name box. Next choose the Neck and Head size of your dog.

All collars will be made with nickel hardware unless otherwise requested. If you'd like your hardware in brass or plastic, please enter this information in the Trim Name box, after your Color/Trim choice.
