All orders have been shipped as of August 15, 2009.

You will recieve a shipment notice from Paypal when your order has shipped. If you are ordering from within the US, your order should arrive in 2-3 days. If you are outside the US, your order should arrive in 5-10 days.

NOTICE: I CURRENTLY HAVE A FAMILY RELATED MEDICAL EMERGENCY DUE TO A SERIOUS ACCIDENT. I will be at the hospital regularly for the next week and am processing orders as quickly as I can around this. I am very sorry for the delays this is causing. I hope to be back to regular production by 5/16/09.

If you have a PUPPY, please email me right away with your puppy's age and current neck and head measurements so we can plan his/her collar sizing accordingly. Puppies are growing fast and some collars are custom fit, so your puppy WILL grow out of them.

Orders placed will take an average of 3 -4 weeks to complete. There can be up to 42 orders on my bench, which is why it can take so long to get everyone's orders done and shipped. If you email me it may take me a couple days to get back to you, as I'm usually sewing in the evenings and answering emails takes away from sewing time.

I make each of your collars by hand (yes, every collar on the website) and do them in the order recieved. I'm afraid I'm a 'one woman show' here with a full time 'day job' in addition to Piluzo, so I work on your collar orders during nights and weekends. I don't get to spend as much time sewing as I'd like and I do get behind on orders.
